This thermal manikin evaluates PPE in extreme environments instead of human subjects for fire, rescue and diving suit development. Equipped with multi-zone temperature control and skin-simulated emissivity, it replicates high/low temperature, immersion and rainy conditions to measure thermal resistance, evaporative resistance, surface pressure and cooling performance. It recreates fire, frigid and underwater scenarios to facilitate product inspection and repeated gear optimization, protecting rescue personnel.
