his domestically controllable emergency terminal integrates Tiantong-1 satellite, 4G/5G and narrowband ad hoc networks to solve communication blackouts in disasters, no-man lands and tunnels, building an integrated dispatching system. It adopts high-precision Beidou positioning to transmit staff locations in real time with one-click SOS. Field tests in Nyingchi show ad hoc single-hop reaches 4.8km, tunnel multi-hop coverage 2625m, 100% call success rate and voice delay ≤3s.
