The Yifeng·SmartTransNet (AI Flow) Emergency System is a new‑generation intelligent communication technology launched by China Telecom in 2024, which won the SAIL Grand Award at the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference. Different from traditional bit‑stream transmission, it leverages generative intelligent transmission to convert information into semantic token streams. Its bandwidth requirement is reduced to less than 5% of conventional solutions. It enables stable 720P video backhaul at a low bandwidth of 110 Kbps.
